Electronic Specialties, Inc. is a provider of two-way radios, technology systems, communication dispatch consoles and more. Our main markets include public safety, utilities, and agriculture. Although our primary focus is servicing clients within a 100-mile radius of Algona, Iowa. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Algona, IA, with flexibility to work from home. The Sales Manager will create and implement a sales strategy, manage sales staff, set and meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will work with customers both in-person and remotely, with significant travel required within the service area.

Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales and account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of public safety, utilities, and agriculture industries
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in Electronic Specialties’ product line is a plus
