Jace brings several years of hands-on experience in two-way radio communications, including installation, maintenance, and tower climbing. As Jeff’s son, he grew up learning the trade firsthand at Electronic Specialties, gaining practical knowledge and a strong foundation in the industry from an early age.
Outside of work, Jace enjoys helping on the family farm, where he continues to build his mechanical skills. He holds an associate degree in diesel mechanics, which enhances his problem-solving abilities and technical expertise. This diverse background allows him to adapt to a wide range of work environments and deliver reliable, high-quality radio, camera, and door access installation and service.
